Melbourne Tira-bingsu
Coffee-infused shaved ice with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, topped with mascarpone cream and a dusting of premium cocoa powder.
Coconut Pandan
Coconut flavoured shaved ice infused with butterfly pea flower, accompanied with black pearls and white pearls, topped with whipped cream, fresh coconut flesh, and freeze dried strawberries. Drizzled with Pandan sauce.
Strawberry Cheesecake
Cheesecake flavoured shaved ice served with homemade oat crumbs and basque cheesecake, topped with whipped cream, extra cheesecake, drizzled of strawberry jam.
Mango Coconut
Mango flavoured shaved ice served with fresh mango, homemade oat crumbs, and coconut pearls. Topped with whipped cream, fresh coconut flesh, and more mango. Drizzled with condensed milk.
